Gili Islands are located in the northwest corner of Lombok, the Gili Islands are three small Islands with white sand beaches and clear sparkling turquoise water and famous sunsets over Bali’s Agung.

Getting to Scallywags

By plane

The nearest airport is on the mainland in Lombok, Lombok International Airport.

Regular flights from Bali depart from Denpasar three to four times daily (depending on the Season). Silk Air flies from Singapore to Mataram three times a week, Merpati Airlines link Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia to Lombok, and a number of other carriers fly daily from Jakarta and other major cities.

We will advise our guests travelling into Lombok by Air to take a licensed Blue Bird Taxi to our Marina Facility in Telok Kode where we will transfer them by boat.

By Helicopter

Travel to the Gili Islands in style and enjoy a 40 min scenic flight tickets available from Air Bali , Island Promotions , The Plumbers Arms and Echo Beach or scallywags resorts or Paradise Sunset Bar in Gili Trawangan.

By boat to Gili Air

There are now a number of direct boat services from Bali to the Gili Air., all of which continue onto the main island of Lombok. The fastest services depart from Benoa in south Bali, as this avoids a long road trip up to Padang Bali. Benoa Harbour is around 20 minutes from the main tourist areas in the south (eg Kuta, Legian, Nusa Dua, Sanur), whereas Padang Bai can take up to two hours by road. It's quicker to depart from Padang Bai if you are starting from central or east Bali, such as Ubud, Candi Dasa, or the east coast dive areas of Ahmed / Tulemben.
